The below times are the regularly scheduled meeting times

McMinn County Commission: 7:30 on the third Monday of every month in the Blue Room of the Courthouse

McMinn County School Board: The second Thursday of the Month at 7:00 pm at one of the schools.

Athens City Council: The third Tuesday of every month in Athens City Hall. A workshop is held on the second Monday of every month.

Athens School Board: 5:30 at the second Monday of the month at the Athens School Administration Building.
